This will not end well...

Big news - we just recognized the rebel group in Libya who are currently fighting Gaddafi.  Here's the good news -- they wear track suits, don't know how to shoot, smoke a lot of hash and the region provided the most Al Qaeda and insurgent fighters against American forces the last 8 years.

Yay! Super logical move ... why don't we retroactively provide funding and recognize Hitler or Idi Amin? Chavez is still alive and he has oil so why don't we do the same to Hugo?  Personally, I suggest we recognize the CEO of Texaco as the new leader of Libya and fund a private army to occupy the oil reserves.  Yeah, its not PC, but according to the movies, it works.
